Is your jewelry real silver?

Our jewelry is handmade and is made from 925 Sterling Silver and nickel-free. Our products are made out of solid materials, that's why we call ourselves 'fine jewelry'

Is your jewelry real gold?

Our jewelry is goldplated on 925 Sterlin Silver jewelry. We use 14 carat gold with 60% micron, which means we guarentee that it will last for at least 2 years in the shape you buy. 

How do I know my (ring) size?

Bracelets and necklaces have a one-size fits all. Especially for our rings it's important that you buy the perfect size, so you can enjoy it as much as possible. How do I keep my jewelry beatiful?

You can do a couple of things to keep your jewelry shiney and beautiful:

1. You should store your jewelry away in a seperate air-tight jewelry box

2. You should avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions or other chemicals

3. You should clean your jewelry after use and occassionally wipe with a cleaning cloth, which you can order here or with orders above 50 EUR

4. You should avoid direct contact with water

5. You should remove jewelry when you're taking a bath, a shower or a swim

6. You should remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in any physical activities

How do you send out the jewelry?

We send out all of our jewelry in a jute bag, wrapped in bottling paper, a thank you card and a mailbox packaging box to make sure you don't need to be home to receive the jewelry, which is very convenient for you and hopefully makes you smile


Can I order through tablet, smartphone, laptop and desktop?

Sure you can! We have made sure that any device enables you to buy our jewelry online.

What does it mean when a product is 'out of stock'?

That means that we curently don't have the product available. Because our jewelry is handmade together with our craftsmen and not in factories, it's not always available all the time. If you have specific requests please send us an email to

How can I use a voucher code that I received?

If you have received a voucher code from us, you can use your voucher code by adding the code in the check-out process where this question will be asked. 

Jewelry that isn't displayed on the website anymore, can I still order these?

If our jewelry is not available on the website, unfortunately it's not available anymore. If there's a specific piece you love, please send us an email so we can see what we can do for you. 

Will I get a confirmation that I ordered correctly?

When you ordered you will get a confirmation from us in your e-mail with the details of your order. This is the confirmation everything went smoothly.


What payment methods do you support on your website?

You can pay with Paypal, Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDeal, Bancontact. If there's a payment provider missing please send us an email so we can see what we can do for you.

Which payment provider are you using?

We make use of Mollie, which is the biggest and preferred payment provider in the Benelux

What happens with my personal details once I order?

Can I return or exchange my jewelry once I bought it?

Our main priority is to create happy customers and expand our family. If you're not happy you can always return or exchange your jewelry. Please see our exchange policy for more information.

We ship worldwide!

How fast is the delivery to my country?

In the Benelux the delivery is max 3 working days. For Europe it's 5 - 7 working days. For international orders it's 8 - 10 working days.

Which couriers do you use to ship to my country?

We use different couriers, like DHL, PostNL and UPS

Will I get a Track & Trace from my order?

Sure, the moment you order your jewelry you will get a confirmation mail. Next to that we will send you a Track & Trace mail to be able to track your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Benelux is 4,99 EUR, Europe is 7,99 EUR and international is 12,99 EUR. From 100 EUR shipping is free.
